Overview
Improving Communication in Banking Platforms: We collaborated with Helm Bank USA to improve communication in their transactional platforms, both corporate and personal. Our approach consisted of optimizing, correcting and writing texts and microcopy in a clear and concise manner in American English and Spanish, in line with HBUSA's communication concept.

Optimizing digital experience. Helm Bank USA partners with us to improve their design system which . Through UI services and our user-centric methodology, we have successfully collaborated for four years. Our work includes evaluating the bank's current design system and developing a new one for the mobile app and website, with the goal of optimizing the user experience for both individuals and businesses.
We took a people-centered methodological approach, starting with semi-structured interviews to understand Helm Bank USA's current communication from the perspective of internal stakeholders. We then followed a process tailored to people-centered design, encompassing discovery, ideation and conceptualization stages, as well as inventory creation and proofreading to support the development of the voice, tone and style manual.

After extensive research and analysis, we defined the communication strategy in both English and Spanish for the transactional application and web products, based on the voice, tone and style manual.
We focus on improving and simplifying copying and microcopying, always prioritizing the user's needs, both personal and commercial.
We generated a detailed resource bank of both app and web copy for the entire digital product team, which facilitated communication in all areas.

Since 2020, I've partnered with Xperience for our Bank's Online Banking launch.
