Overview
FIBA is a federation of banks from Latin America and the US, based in Miami. They have over 85 members, including banks, financial institutions, Fintech, and other entities. To ensure that FIBA's digital presence accurately reflects its distinct offering to its broad membership, our team conducted a detailed analysis of FIBA's value proposition and main interaction digital channels. We analyze and optimize the information architecture of FIBA's website to improve navigation and reinforce the value proposition, with digital user experience at its core.

We analyze and optimize the information architecture of FIBA's website to improve navigation and reinforce the value proposition, with digital user experience at its core.
We shaped a robust value proposition and defined key functionalities to ensure accessibility and usability for the community members (institutions and its employees.
We identified, selected, and prioritized key functionalities, as well as refined every detail, from assigning meaningful names to improving microcopy, adding a plus with a consistent interface design.
